The property is in a dominant position. The Royal Eure Valley is 75 meters below on the west side. The evenings are full of sunshine. On the south side, there are 4000 hectares of forest with direct access for walking or cycling. You are 5 kilometers from the lovely city of Anet and its sublime castle. There are restaurants and all kinds of grocery stores, markets and supermarkets. Within a radius of 50 kilometers you can visit: - Palace of Versailles www.chateauversailles.fr - the Cathedral of Chartres www.cathedrale-chartres.org - the royal chapel of Dreux www.chapelle-royale-dreux.com - Château de Champs de Bataille www.chateauduchampdebataille.com - Giverny (Maison de Monet) www.fondation-monet-giverny.fr and of course, Paris 75 kilometers away Guests can come: - Train from the Parisian suburbs. Departure from Montparnasse 75014 station and arrival in Houdan 78550, 18 kilometers from Sorel - Orly airport 85 km away - Charles de Gaulle Airport is 107 km away. - Beauvais Airport 152 km It is essential to have a car on site. If I am in Paris, I will do everything to make myself available and meet guests who will spend a full week. Nature and calm are the dominant at this property. By car The old castle is closed between November 15th and early May. So there is only the bird pavilion available for rental. That's 6 beds. Hence the big price differences according to the seasons.

The room is located inside the castle for 2 adults and a baby maximum with extra charge. With an area of 40 m², you will enjoy a magnificent view of the park, a common lounge. The indoor pool heated to 25°C minimum from March 1 to October 30 with the sauna. You can enjoy golf in the park and its enchanted walk. Also the possibility on site of a Californian Massage 1 hour at €60 per person…. For your information, we only accept guests who speak French well.

Chancellor's Room at the Château de La Rivière

The Château de La Rivière, 1.5 hours from Paris, offers five guest rooms that are located in the center of the castle with views of the park and courtyard.
