Our house is located in the heart of the city of Saint Valery Sur Somme in the Courtgain district, a former fishing district. It enjoys stunning bay views from every room. This is a real fisherman's house, with a half-timbered facade and a typical staircase. It is quite narrow and we advise people with reduced mobility and young children not to choose this accommodation but do not hesitate to opt for our other cottage located on Rue Basse des Remparts.

A spacious bed is centered in the sleeping area, complemented by soft lighting from two bedside lamps. The wooden ceiling adds a touch of warmth, while decorative wall art enhances the inviting atmosphere. A plush area rug lies beneath, providing comfort underfoot.

Detached house with a garage on the ground floor and 1 large studio on the 1st floor completely renovated, in the Cordiers district. No parking fees. For the little story of this place, on the ground floor the fisherman stored his equipment and when he returned from the sea during the night, he slept upstairs in the middle of the nets on the floor still there! Nearby a bakery, supermarket, laundry, restaurants and shops.
