In the background, the gentle sound of a small stream accompanies you - your soundtrack to slow down. Hiking trails through forest and field start directly from the cabin. The surroundings can also be explored wonderfully by bike. In the evening you sit on the terrace or by the fire – with a wide view of nature and the feeling of being completely at one with yourself.

Experience the beautiful Westerwald in our spacious, bright holiday apartment on the 1st floor of a historic building, just 5 km from Altenkirchen & 12 minutes from Hachenburg. Relax in the sauna in the green outdoor area & explore the diverse hiking trails of the Westerwaldsteig & Kroppacher Schweiz. A playground is only 250 meters away. The region offers attractions such as the city of Hachenburg, the Marienstatt Monastery, Kunst im Tal, as well as the Stoffel Park and much more.

Close to nature in a beautiful house with garden / 10 beds

The old house is located in a small village on the edge of the Bergisches Land, a stone's throw from the Westerwald. The house has been renovated in recent years, only the facade is still missing. There are six rooms, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, a living room in the attic and a large property (about 2,000 m²). The cottage is quietly located on the outskirts of a 300-person village, there is no thoroughfare, the main sounds are the occasional bleating of the neighbor's sheep.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. Apartment by the forest / Westerwald

Our apartment is located right by the forest in the magnificent landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Near Obererbachs is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other charming hiking, cycling and motorbike routes, ideal for day trips. Our village of Obererbach belongs to the district of Altenkirchen. In the village within walking distance, you will find the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). By car, you can reach the nearest shopping facilities in about 3.5 km.

Vacation in a half-timbered house

Our half-timbered house, completely renovated in 2020, is part of a larger half-timbered ensemble. It combines historic flair with a modern ambiance. The overall high-quality facilities leave nothing to be desired. Our village of Geilhausen is scenically nestled on the upper Sieg and has its own train connection. The banks of the Sieg, the forests and heights of the Westerwald and the Bergisches Land invite you to hike and cycle via the Sieg and Westerwald nature trails.

Circus wagon on the sheep pasture

Surrounded by trusting sheep, our circus wagon stands under a roof of maple trees. An exceptional place to stay with panoramic views for 1–2 adults. Sheep cuddling included! If you want to hike, cycle or slow down, you are in the right place in Windecker Ländchen. The circus trailer is located on a separate property behind our house on our sheep pasture. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Beautiful, large apartment in nature

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Die 100qm große Wohnung ist umgeben von Wald und Wiesen und befindet dich auf unserem Hof in Alleinlage, mitten in der Natur. Die Umgebung lädt ein zu Wanderungen mit dem Hund und Touren by bike. Gerne können Eure eigenen Pferde mit Euch Urlaub & Ausritte machen! Der Offenstall ist nebenan. Wandergruppen oder entspannte Auszeiten in Kleingruppen sind möglich. Hier gibt es Ruhe und Entspannung.
