In the middle of the rural idyll of the old village of Heemsen between Hanover and Bremen, near the Weser (cycle path) and Lichtenmoor (cranes), you will find the quietly located guest house. The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

It is a 3-room apartment of about 100 square meters with a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron. The terrace by the living room invites you to have breakfast and relax. Everyone is welcome here. We also look forward to children. Relax in our very quietly located family-family-friendly house on Steinhuder Meer. Enjoy the terrace, the large garden, the sauna or from May 20 to September 20 the pool. For nearby experiences, three bikes are available. The house has on the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed (1.8 m wide) and another bedroom with two double beds (1.4 m and 1.6 m wide each). In the basement there is a third room with a sofa bed (1.4 m wide). A crib is available if needed.

The honey storage is an old wooden house and has been in this place for over 240 years. It's a place full of history, in the heart of the tiny village of Hartböhn. The honey storage has been completely renovated in 2024 and has a tastefully decorated and comfortable living area for 2 persons with garden and two terraces. There is plenty of peace and space here. Active guests can walk to their heart's content, ride a bike and explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath.

You are currently viewing our studio "Eulenloch" in a quiet location with garden and garden house in a sea full of flowers. The Eulenloch is 14 square meters and can accommodate 2 guests. There is a covered terrace with a grill and seating. Here you can enjoy the view over the wide valley, to the Steinhuder Meer. The Eulenloch is separated from our Eulennest by a hallway. Both apartments have separate entrances, but share a common house access.
