Hiking and cycling trails start almost directly in front of the house, and via the A44 you can quickly reach the Hohe Venn and the Eifel.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is part of a listed farm complex and is located on the edge of the historic center of Aachen-Kornelimünster. This former farmyard is surrounded by meadows and despite its quiet location you can reach the Aachen city center by bus in 20 minutes. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. The entrance to the first stage of the Eifelsteig hiking trail is also in Kornelimünster.

The detached single family home is located in a village between Aachen and Eschweiler. The highways to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Belgium and the Netherlands are all accessible within a 5 minute drive. The house features two bedrooms, a very large living room with a high ceiling, one bathroom, a kitchen, and is outfitted with all everyday appliances. Furthermore, a garden and terrace with a stone grill are available for private use.

The red house is located in the idyllic Veytal between Mechernich and Satzvey, directly on the eponymous Veybach. This allows you to enjoy the special location in the middle of the nature of the old forest worker's house, while being only 900 m from the town of Mechernich. The house is located directly on a bike path and thus offers a good starting point for bike tours in the region.
