Experience Dresden, relax in nature (apartment)

Our apartment with separate entrance is located in the new annex of our detached house in the quiet center of Bannewitz. Within walking distance you can reach the bakery (open on Sundays!), supermarket and public transport to Dresden in 5 minutes. This takes you in about 20 minutes to the city center to the Frauenkirche, Semperoper, Zwinger or to the main train station Dresden. From there you can also start a trip to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains or to Meissen. Hiking or biking trails are right outside the front door.

40m² - direct location at the Markkleeberger lake. Not a minute to the beach. 5 minutes to the tram to be in 20 minutes in the center of Leipzig. Located on the paved circular path around the lake (9km) - ideal for joggers or inline skaters, as well as all those who like to move in the fresh air, the break at Markkleeberger See is perfect. As part of a loving renovation, the villa was restored and a total of 5 apartments were created, which invite you to relax and feel good. Not suitable for lowered vehicles. The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
