Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In this apartment with its own entrance you can feel completely comfortable. All floors are made of natural wood, the walls of clay brick, the room atmosphere very pleasant. On the southwest balcony you have a wonderful view over the wildly maintained property, the forest and the neighbor's fallow deer enclosure. The outdoor area and sauna (for a fee) are available for use. The apartment is only 4 km from the historic city center of Bad Münstereifel. Relaxation - Sports - Nature - Shopping

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

You can relax in the living room in front of the y TV and in fine weather on the large balcony. The nearest bus line is only 5 minutes away, as well as there is parking directly at the apartment. It's only a few minutes to the A3 motorway

Our guest rooms on the upper floor have their own entrance, bathroom and a large balcony which invite you for sunbathing from noontime on until evening. With just 38m² suitable for longer stays for 1-2 persons. A part of the flat is used by us as office, but most of the time you will be undisturbed. Refrigerator, dining table, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are available. Our kitchen is allowed to share.
