The studio is located at the back of the house, one floor below the main street - so you have to go down 12 steps. Because the bathroom and toilet are small, we recommend overweight or very tall people to read the description carefully and see all the pictures.

With two additional sofa beds, up to 3 more people can stay here. In all flats you will find a fully automatic coffee machine, smart TV in the living and sleeping area, a washing machine and a small workplace. A very nice roof terrace with lounge, bicycle storage, wine fridge and parking spaces.
