A super nice kitchen (bulthaup), with cooker, microwave, oven, coffee machine, fridge and freezer and dishwasher. With a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The villa is located on the water with its own jetty with canoe on a spacious plot (±750 m2). In the middle of nature. Close to Veluwemeer, Harderwijk, Dolphinarium, Walibi etc.

Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible.
