Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem renoviertem & saniertem Altbau-Haus, welches du komplett für dich alleine hast. Ausstattung der Zimmers kannst du am Besten auf den Bildern erkennen. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gibt eine Rurtalbahnhaltestelle mit direktem Anschluss an Linnich, Jülich und Düren. Ruhige und ländliche Gegend.

The apartment is on the ground floor , the garden can be shared. Animals are allowed upon request only, as there are also two cats and a friendly dog living in the house. Smoking is allowed all year round only on the terrace.

Our place is close to Mönchengladbach in the city of Erkelenz. Düsseldorf, Aachen, Cologne and Roermond (NL) are also very easy to reach, the highway connections are very good. Erkelenz Central Station is easily accessible.  We can offer free pick-up and drop-off at Erkelenz train station. Drop-off and pick-up from Düsseldorf Airport or other desired locations are possible for an additional charge.
