Cozy one bedroom cottage, all new build. We have a beautiful beach nearby with residence only access. The cottage is close to beach bars and restaurants . Also the historic Graycliff Conservancy designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. Other necessities, such as grocery stores, coffee shop, liquor store, pharmacies all near by! 15 mins. from Evangola state park. 25 mins. to Buffalo waterfront and Canal Side. 50 mins. from Niagara Falls. “I stayed at Eliza's place with my dog on a road trip from the mid-west to the east coast and then again on our trip back. Check-in couldn't have been easier and the garage really put me at ease. The neighborhood was a little rowdy the first night there but things were much quieter during our second stay. The apartment is very cute and was perfect for our needs.
