It is a pleasure to host you in the house in an open-air museum between the sea of Cornino with a sandy beach, which is 150 meters away, and nature that is a stone's throw away, in fact the house falls within the Oriented Reserve of Monte Cofano. The location of the house allows you to: - take part in the sunset, with the sun slowly setting over the sea that turns red; - share the dawn with the sun rising slowly; -participate in the breath of the sea and nature. You arrive as tourists and are treated as guests.

Free private parking. Within walking distance, the cable car that reaches Erice, the beach and the historic center a few kilometers away. Nelle giornate calde, rilassati su uno dei lettini sul mare magari all'ombra di un pino. Un barbecue all'aperto sarà un ottimo modo per preparare un pasto da godere nella zona pranzo all'aperto .

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
