Lo spazio Situato sul mare alle pendici di Erice ai margini di Bonagia, piccolo borgo a 5 km da Trapani, si trova ABuNagia una casetta accogliente situata su un grande giardino che degrada dolcemente sul mare in un luogo tranquillo ma non eccessivamente isolato, con tanto sole e totale accesso al mare. Nelle giornate calde, rilassati su uno dei lettini sul mare magari all'ombra di un pino. Un barbecue all'aperto sarà un ottimo modo per preparare un pasto da godere nella zona pranzo all'aperto .

E' un piacere ospitarvi nella casa in un museo a cielo aperto tra il mare di Cornino con spiaggia sabbiosa, che dista 150 metri, e la natura che a 2 passi, infatti la casa ricade nella Riserva Orientata di Monte Cofano. La posizione della casa permette di: -partecipare al tramonto, con il sole che si posa lentamente sul mare che diventa rosso; -condividere l'alba con il sole che si alza a rilento; -concorrere al respiro del mare e della natura. Arrivate da turisti e siete trattati da ospiti.

Sarete i benvenuti nella mia piccola mansarda,luminosa e ben arredata. Monolocale al secondo piano senza ascensore,recentemente ristrutturato, composto da un unico locale con cucina completa di elettrodomestici, letto matrimoniale a scomparsa,divano,aria condizionata,TV e bagno con doccia. Parcheggio gratuito privato. A pochi passi, la funivia che raggiunge Erice, spiaggia e centro storico a pochi chilometri. Mete raggiungibili: San Vito lo Capo, Scopello, Segesta, Marsala e Castellammare.

San Vito Lo Capo Rustico sul mare Monte Cofano

Casa in stile dentro la riserva naturale del Monte Cofano a circa 400 m dal mare con una splendida vista sulla baia di Macari ,contesto naturale esclusivo. La casa era un vecchio rifugio contadino ed è stata ristrutturata con estrema cura dei particolari in tufo e pietra balata. E’ un luogo per gli amanti del relax, natura e privacy. All’esterno il giardino ha vista mare sull'intera baia ed è terrazzato con pietra balata antica e mosaici e una panca in pietra e ceramiche siciliane.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
