24 m2 balcony sea view studio, in a building with elevator, 2nd floor, one parking space. Sofa bed offering both a sofa during the day and a real double bed (140 X 200) in the evening (new! Installed in September 2024). Kitchen with dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, combined microwave oven grill, vacuum cleaner, TV and Wi-Fi internet, bathroom with bathtub. 4 min walk to the beach, 2 min to the city center, 3 min to the supermarket and laundromat. Comfortable house of 50m2 for 4 people with terrace and small garden. It is composed of 2 bedrooms upstairs: - a closed bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe - an open room with 2 single beds. On the ground floor: equipped kitchen and open to the living room, sofa , bathroom and independent toilet. Equipment: hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, garden furniture, 2 sunbeds and barbecue. Bed linen is provided as well as the bathroom mat.

Beautiful apartment with superb sea view!

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

A small terrace is visible through sliding glass doors, featuring a table and two folding chairs. The ocean and sky are seen in the background, creating a calming view. Two glasses and a tray are placed on a wooden surface, inviting relaxation.

Located on the top floor of Villa "La Marée", on a lively street, you will be charmed by its exceptional location close to the beach and close to amenities(restaurants, tobacco,etc.) With an area of 18M2, you will find a bed of 160x200, a shower and a sink, all renovated in 2024 with a clean and elegant decoration. The Room has a fridge and microwave.
