This apartment is located in central Amsterdam. Only 12 minutes walk to Central Station . There are some extremely pretty canals close by the Artis Zoo and Botanical Gardens. Within a short walk you can also be enjoying the buzz and excitement of Dam Square, Nieuwmarkt Square and the Red Light District. The famous Herengracht Canal is within a couple of minutes walk away. The famous flee market Waterlooplein is only 5 minutes walk to the apartment. The apartment is located on a third floor and has no lift ( please note steep stairs) This two storey apartment has a primary bedroom with a double bed and a TV. On the same floor is located a large bathroom with a shower and double sink. The kitchen with dining area with a round table that can accommodate 6 people. Due to new council regulations for safety to tourists we have installed a new alarm system in the whole building this alarm system is connected to the fire department . this apartment is Strictly Non Smoking as this activity can activate the alarm in the building The kitchen has only a Microwave to warm up meals. Cooking is not possible. In the kitchen you will find a coffee maker, a kettle and utensils for breakfast and light meals. On the top you find two bedrooms a twin bedroom and a second bedroom with a double bed that also can be converted in two singles. Please see pictures about bedrooms layout. Both bedrooms have restricted height at the sides as you can see on the pictures. This property is empty you will NOT find either full cupboards , kitchen cabinets or clothing in the closets. the apartment is comfortable and is well located. surrounded by small restaurants an bars.
