A warm house with a lot of natural light, located ideally, as it is 7 minutes away from downtown Ensenada, 2 minutes from major shopping centers and 35 minutes from the Guadalupe Valley.

If you wish to go downtown to first street, that is only a five minute Uber ride. You can also drive to El Valle de Guadalupe or wine country from here. It is like a thirty-minute drive. The secured parking has ample room to fit up to four cars if parked properly. The view from the balcony is awesome!
