Das Studio liegt in der Arnsberger Altstadt. Es befindet sich im 2. OG und ist 25 m² groß. Das Bad ist im 1. OG. (Gemeinschaftsbad für zwei Ferienwohnungen) Parkplatz vor dem Haus (eng). Weitere Parkmöglichkeiten sind am "Alten Markt" (Mo - Fr 9 - 20 Uhr, Sa 9 - 16 Uhr gebührenpflichtig) und in der Tiefgarage am Neumarkt (gebührenpflichtig). Arnsbergs Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich von unserem Studio bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Henne-, Möhne- und Sorpesee sind ca 30 Autominuten entfernt.

Der Wagen ist voll ausgestattet mit Strom, Fernseher und einer Kaffeemaschine. Momentan steht sie etwas provisorisch, da wir auf unser tiny Häuser warten. Aber man kann sie trotzdem super genießen. Es gibt eine Fasssauna, die mitbenutzt werden kann Einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen und genießen
