Rated Furnished Tourist Label Atout France 4 stars ****! The garden of the villa has direct access to the beach! The apartment is carefully equipped and decorated in a contemporary style with Scandinavian design and gives priority to cozy and warm comfort - a real cocooning! The living room is equipped with a sofa bed supplemented by a reading nook and on the other side of a large dining table, all with an ocean view. The HiFi channel is equipped with Bluetooth and the smart TV will allow you to enjoy your movies or watch the different channels available. The south facing room has a large double bed equipped with a latex mattress, breathable and comfortable, to give you complete relaxation. There's also a "couch" bed with a real cozy mattress. The second bedroom includes a "sofa" bed and a pull out bed that turns into two beds. The oiled French oak flooring covering all floors offers warm comfort. An eco-responsible approach was respected during the renovation in 2017. Linens are made from organic and/or ecological materials. All our maintenance and hygiene products are also eco-friendly. You will find, upon arrival, beds made, towels provided and eco-friendly soap. The kitchen is of course fully equipped and we have placed all the extras you will need for a pleasant holiday; champagne glasses, a programmable coffee maker to start the day well before even getting out of bed, isothermal mugs to have your hot drink on the beach, cake mussels to satisfy the most gourmands... and you will also find the small necessities from organic or responsible farming; an assortment of spices, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, flour... you are at home here! Live to the rhythm of the tides, comfortably settled to contemplate the ocean, the waves, the back and forth of the boats and all the water activities offered on the beach of Les Sables Blancs. You're in the front row! The show is grandiose, even when the sun is not at the rendezvous... even better during a storm! The garden overlooks the sea and offers direct and privileged access to the beach. The end of the garden forms a sandy platform, a real small private beach secured by a wall. There is a lot of things to do and visit in the area. You can easily adapt your stay to your wishes. Please let me know if you have any advice. Our neighbor, the Thalasso de Douarnenez, will allow you to enjoy wellness treatments, aquagym, sauna and hammam... For your gourmet breaks, you will have the choice of staying quiet in your apartment, enjoying your meal in the garden, always with sea views, or discovering nearby cafes and restaurants. The small walking path along the beach takes you first to the marina then Port Rhu and its Port-Musée and finally the fishing port, the Rosmeur. You will admire the artists' studios and fishermen's houses through the alleys. The rest of the walk goes through the natural site of Plomarc'h and its historic fishing village, educational farm and Gallo-Roman ruins. The pretty town of Douarnenez has four ports and many beaches. The activities offered around Villa Glaz Ocean are many: water sports, walks by the sea, hikes, thalassotherapy treatments, water walking, discovering the foreshore, fishing on foot, museums, equestrian walks... and a real island with treasures haunted by the legend of the City of Ys, Tristan Island, accessible at low tide on a guided tour! Quimper Station 26km – 40min drive Bus # 51 from Quimper Station live to Port de Plaisance de Tréboul, Douarnenez – the last stop Salvador Allende is a 15-minute walk from Villa Glaz Ocean. The house is unique for this location given its size, amenities and level of finish. No expense has been spared to create a unique and stylish coastal home set over four floors. All the five en-suite bedrooms have super-king beds, dressed in luxurious White Company bedding and the bathrooms all feature powerful monsoon showers. The spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen comes fully equipped with every item of kitchenware you could possibly need to rustle up anything from a snack to a gourmet meal. The main living area was the former pub's saloon bar, and in tribute to the building’s rich history has been fitted with a copper-topped bar, a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail while looking out across the water. In keeping with the pub theme, there's a second “breakfast and coffee bar” next to the kitchen, an ideal spot for a leisurely morning read. The former beer cellar has been converted into a cinema and is now a secret haven to unwind and indulge a media fix. Guests have access to fast, reliable WiFi in every corner of the property and a large washer and dryer for their personal use. The property has central heating throughout, with underfloor in the en-suites, making it a cosy bolthole even on the chilliest of days. By Train: The hourly high-speed train service takes approximately one hour and twenty minutes from London, St. Pancras to Deal town centre and the house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. One parking permit is supplied for guests use, additional pay and display parking is readily available.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be at your disposal in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a convertible sofa (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The Dining Room is furnished with a nice round table of the Flamant brand, with 6 armchairs, and has 2 windows with sea view, and is furnished with a convertible sofa. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, glass plates, oven, fridge and freezer, nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided). The room is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, led reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is furnished in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea view. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, closets. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone application) before your arrival.
