Stenhaga - house by private lake

Stenhaga, house with lake plot, about 80 meters from our own lake. Large wooden deck with table and seating. Small sandy beach. Floating jetty with swimming ladder. The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Our guesthouse is located in small village with about 50 people. It is a peaceful and peaceful setting in the midst of nature. You have access to several walking paths in the forest and countryside, proximity to the lake with swimming and fishing and to the village's pride, a really nice bus museum. Our water is the best quality The guesthouse includes free parking and wifi. Unfortunately, we do not have a shop in the village, therefore buy with the groceries you need. We are happy to serve a lovely breakfast at a cost of SEK 100 per person. Please let us know the day before.

The house has 4 fresh bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, laundry room, 2 living rooms with dining area for up to 8 people, TV and Wi-Fi as well as a cozy fireplace. Enjoy nature close to cultural Råshult with its beautiful hiking trails as well as proximity to Älmhult and IKEA. Newly renovated house with modern standard. Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south there is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and IKEA Museum. Fishing is available both in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.
