The detached B&B of Hoeve Nooitgedacht is no less than 100m2 and is located - hidden in the greenery - next to our old farm. The cozy village of Eerbeek and the Veluwezoom National Park are very close. Here you can enjoy eating, shopping, hiking, biking and horseback riding or other fun things. Hanseatic cities Zutphen (10 km), Doesburg (11 km) and Deventer (20 km) are worth a visit. On two sides, the cottage has a private outdoor terrace with a fenced garden, for lounging or eating outside.

It is a few steps away from the IJssel and within walking distance of the historic center of Zutphen and the station. Zutphen is at home in all markets. If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. But you can of course also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. Within a few minutes, you can cycle to the city center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron. We completely renovated the former baking house in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can start.
