There is ample (free!) parking space. You rent the entire upper house and part of the lower house with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and come enjoy a relaxing stay. You will be staying in a former chapel, with a private terrace including a hot tub and a barrel sauna. Our guest house is designed with your comfort in mind, with a box spring bed and a labradoodle chair by the pellet stove. In addition, we offer all the facilities you need for a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Center and station within walking distance.

Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living area (>60 m2) have A/C. A fifth bed, crib or high chair is available for a fee. You can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen. Recently all beds have been replaced, bathroom renovated and garden renovated.

The apartment is located between monumental thatched farms in old Valthe, a small village on the Hondsrug, Around Valthe, there are forests, fields, heaths, country roads, fens, burial mounds and megalithic tombs. Many cycling and hiking routes run through Valthe that give access to a widespread network through Drenthe and surrounding provinces. 1 child up to 4 years old can stay in the parents' room. On request, a crib/child's bed can be placed.
