Beautiful 2-person apartment in rural Veendam

The B&B is an apartment with its own entrance, private shower/toilet room, and is within cycling distance of the station in Veendam, from where the train leaves for the beautiful city of Groningen. There is also a lot to see in the province itself. However, after a busy day, you will always return to the tranquility and space of B&B HoutStee. You can relax under the veranda, enjoy bird sounds. Possibly in good weather, use the BBQ. Everything is available for this. You also have 2 bicycles at your disposal.

Aan de achterkant zit u in het buitengebied en loopt u zo door de landerijen. Viswater, fiets- en wandelroutes. Fietsen beschikbaar. Eigen fietsen kunnen op het terrein staan. Vrij parkeren op straat. 30 Min rijden naar Groningen, Assen, Emmen. Het winkelcentrum van Stadskanaal ligt 4.6 km verderop, de Spar 3 km.

U bent van harte welkom bij Studio Koesteeg om te komen genieten van de natuur, de rust en de ruimte. De studio is gelegen in een grote parktuin naast het bos van landgoed het Laer en toch op 10m lopen van het centrum en het NS station. Het Pieterpad en andere loop- en fietsroutes liggen voor de deur. De studio (60m2) is nieuw ingericht (2022) en heeft een compleet ingerichte keuken en badkamer. "Character" was born out of our way of thinking; "making something BEAUTIFUL out of NOTHING" We have revived the former barn and completely renovated it so that our guests can enjoy a rural atmosphere in a very green environment with nice trips everywhere in the vicinity.
