Shaded terrace with BBQ and sunbeds in extensive garden. In winter: fireplace with wood. Two bikes available. Sheets + towels provided. My cat Gaspard, will be on site. We , check-in possible from Friday morning and stay until Sunday PM.

La Bériozka, charming farmhouse

La Beriozka , family home with a large wooded garden in the heart of the village. The house is a farmhouse with character, facing south. The rooms are spacious , the Wifi connection is via fiber and is fast . Parking with 2 electric charging stations nearby and near the town hall; as well as a sports course equipped with multiple apparatus. Emancé is a peaceful village, crossed by a GR and offering many walks off the main roads.

At the home but independent, upstairs bedroom of a small annex next to our house. 7-minute walk to Épernon station (40 minutes from Paris by train) Quiet, on the edge of the woods. Beautifully decorated, this charming attic room, refurbished, has a shower room with bath towels. An espresso machine is also available as well as a kettle and tea. Outside, a small table and 2 chairs to enjoy your breakfast or relax.
