Charming and cozy cottage by Ebeltoft

Relax with the whole family in this serene home. Nice enclosed garden with lawn and wilderness bath. The house has a bright kitchen/living room in open connection with the living room. From the living room there is access to cozy south facing terrace with dining area and barbecue. The house has three rooms, two of them with a double bed (140 cm) and one with a bunk bed for two. Newer bathroom with shower. Heated with air to air heat pump complemented by wood-burning stove. It comes with some firewood. There are access to two good bikes - see photos, if necessary.

Nice view of the sea from the cottage and the terrace. Only 50m from lovely beach. The house is 58 sqm and consists of well equipped kitchen in open connection with dining area and living room. There are two bedrooms and an annex. There's a new bathroom with a shower. Around the house there is a 100 m2 sun terrace furnished with dining and lounge furniture and a hammock. Outdoor shower ends the bathing trip. Lovely covered evening terrace with terrace heater and ball grill. May to Sep. there is a 9 sqm annex with room for 6 people otherwise 5 people.
