Our cozy apartment( (approx. 40 sqm) is located in the beautiful village of Elpe. It has a living-dining area, a bathroom with shower, as well as a bedroom. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Cabinets for wardrobe are present. In the summer, the outdoor terrace (garden furniture ,charcoal grill ) offers time to relax, or just enjoy the beautiful view. In the village there is the South Tyrolean bakery house with excellent baked goods, as well as the paragliding school Papillon

Upstairs there is a bedroom with meadow view, a sleeping alcove for 2 people and a bathroom with bathtub. Outside, the terrace, trampoline and swing invite you to relax. Children can feed our chickens, and depending on availability, there are fresh eggs. The Hennesee is nearby!

For children, we offer an experience with tame sheep, chickens and rabbits that roam freely on the property. Our happy chickens provide you with fresh breakfast eggs in the morning. By arrangement, there are also fresh trout from the fish pond. A small home to feel good and enjoy.
