Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Weil es in einer Wohnsiedlung liegt, ist es sehr ruhig ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Zur nächsten Autobahnauffahrt (München-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) sind es nur ca. 4km. Von hier kann man gleich Loswandern und Biken. Der Radweg ist 1 Minute entfernt, das Schwimmbad 5 min zu Fuß

Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included.
