Ahh....The Good Life Cottage is located approximately five miles north of Laurel, MS where it began on a patch of ground that was fully cultivated from the 1900's to the 1960's, afterwards it became a family farm that grew corn, hay, and food for livestock and family. Today, on the land is a farmhouse with modern amenities as well as the sights and sounds of nature all around you, frogs croaking, crickets chirping, deer feeding, turkeys foraging, and owls hooting. A place to enjoy the Good Life.

Located across from Mason park in Laurel with its fenced dog park and renovated playground! 1.2 miles from downtown on the only avenue with a bike lane. Close to the main grocery stores and restaurants. Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.

Covered parking near the entry. The Magnolia Guesthouse was featured on HGTV’s Home Town S5, Ep12. Sadly, wasn't chosen, but we did a full remodel shortly thereafter. It's within walking distance to many shops, eateries, and The Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. The Pinehurst is full of rich and warm tones.
