Alki Beach House w/Sweeping Ocean & Mountain Views

Newer home with unobstructed 180 degree Ocean & Mountain View home-- just steps to the popular, Alki Beach (approximately 300 feet). We were also featured in the July 2015 issue of Seattle Times Magazine. Included- 1 covered parking spot in garage & free street parking along house. Garage slopes, so not suitable for lower cars. Our garage is small, but fits standard sized cars and SUV’s. Some Vans will also fit.

Stay in our cozy basement mother-in-law apartment with private entrance overlooking our backyard. Parking is available along the road in front of the house. You are welcome to help yourself to our organic home grown vegetables and herbs in the greenhouse during growing season.
