We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Guest room in the idyllic village invites you to linger cozily, enjoy nothing to do and simply relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not too far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by RE. It is also an attractive tour by bicycle (XXX/KR), e.g. via the Elbe Cycle Route. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Black Elster; in short: pure nature.
