This is a 300 year old picturesque house in the countryside with ca. 250m2. Ideal for larger groups with up to 13 people, who can cook and eat together or play pool billard in the large living room which used to be a restaurant in former times. Located close to the famous Spreewald, you can go hiking, paddeling or do bike tours. The house has 3 ancient fireplaces and no central heating, but we provide electric fans. Beautiful, enclosed and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful views from the upper terrace to the Elbelandschaft and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. 200 m away begins the nature reserve Alte Elbe Kathewitz. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbdamm.
