There are convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and more nearby. It is a safe area for walking, with excellent lighting, and access to public transportation. The uniquely designed space has a bright and airy floor plan, with 2 built-in king-sized beds (plus a single), a fireplace, a lounge area which doubles as additional sleeping space (best for kids), a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bath featuring a two-person soaking tub, a dining area, and a 10 meter-long patio with a day bed, hammock and sitting area. Of course, all rooms have spectacular views of the lake and the majestic volcanoes for which Lake Atitlan is known.

El Níspero II is a 2-story apartment located in the same cabin, which contains two apartments. This property is located in downtown Panajachel. The cabin is at the foot of a mountain and is surrounded by a forest which fosters an atmosphere of peace, comfort and nature. The apartment on the first level has an equipped kitchen and dining area, and on the second level is the bedroom and private bathroom. All areas are private!

The cabin is quite small but we have everything you need for a comfortable stay and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the countryside. Located in a safe area. We have a fire pit area. Most of the construction and decoration is with natural, recycled elements and rustic details.

"Villa Claudia" is a big house with a pool in San Felipe REU. It is adequately equipped for large families, it has 6 rooms each with AC and a private bathroom, very close to the IRTRA parks (less than 10 min.) The house has indoor parking for 9 vehicles which makes it unique in the region.
