Surrounded with the Museums, Coffees, Restaurants and Shops. Strategically placed to visit the city. Very well communicated by Underground, Bus and Train to move to other zones of Madrid and to near cities (Toledo, El Escorial, Segovia, etc.)

Con parking gratuito delante del edificio y varios supermercados, restaurantes y bares al lado. Gracias al autobús y al metro hay una conexión muy fluida, rápida y sencilla con el centro de la ciudad. Punto oficial de recogida alquiler de bicicletas de "BiciMadrid" a 100m del apartamento. Te permite ir en bicicleta por todo Madrid.

Ubicado en el barrio de Las Ventas, se encuentra en una zona residencial de la ciudad ideal para poder descansar pero al mismo tiempo cerca de todo. Nos encontramos a tan sólo 500 metros de la calle Alcalá. Y tras un largo día de explorar la ciudad disfruta del descanso en el salón con la chimenea de vapor que sin duda será la guinda de un día estupendo.

Te va a encantar debido a que se encuentra ubicado en una zona tranquila, soleado, todo exterior, techos altos, muy acogedor te sentirás como en tu propia casa. Excelente comunicación con estación de metro Ibiza a 100 metros , y autobuses muy frecuentes al centro de Madrid, al que también se puede acceder andando. Parque del Retiro a 70 metros, Gran variedad de restaurantes y cafeterías, zona de compras. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, viajeros de negocios, y familias (con hijos).
