Lovely townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The listing was completed in summer 2020, and is a very high standard. It is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Large rooftop terrace with a small private pool. Two parking spaces in the basement with direct access to the apartment. Lovely communal garden facility with two communal pools with salt water as well as a children's pool. Walking distance to beach, supermarket, restaurants and small town of La Cala de Mijas.

House close to all amenities, restaurants, shopping mall, etc. This home offers a large private garden with swimming pool, SPA, barbecue. There is also a large community swimming pool with children's play area accessible all year round. 5 minutes from the beaches on foot by a small flowery path, 10-15 minutes from Marbella, 20 minutes from Malaga (airport).
