The vacation home is located on a private property (the landlord's house is in the immediate vicinity of the vacation home) in a quietly located, small village near the small town of Bad Sülze. Bad Sülze has a highway connection (A20) about 6 km away and has all the facilities for daily needs (shopping, restaurant, doctor, hairdresser, etc.).

Rostock is 40 km away and Stralsund about 50 km. Four times a week, the bakery van arrives in the morning around 11 AM.
