Gemütliches, gepflegtes Zimmer in einer 3-stöckigen Villa in einem grünen Vorort von Leipzig. Die Villa liegt im Herzen von Markkleeberg, zwischen Cospudener See & Markkleeberger See(10 Min mit dem Fahrrad). Das Stadtzentrum Leipzig ist in 11 Min mit S-Bahn erreichbar(Station 3 Min entfernt). Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung im 2. OG mit einzigartigem Gartenblick und verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, einen Arbeitsplatz & Schränke. Gastronomie innerhalb von 200m, überdachtes Fahrradplatz

Wonderful room with own balcony

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

Die charmante Gründerzeit-Villa liegt im Zentrum von Markkleeberg im Süden Leipzigs. Wir haben sie liebevoll im historischen Ambiente saniert. Mit der S-Bahn ist man in 15 Min. in der Leipziger City, der Cospudener See ist fußläufig (5 Min mit dem Rad). Das Zimmer befindet sich im EG neben unserer Wohnküche. Das Bett ist 1,40 x 2,00 m. Fahrräder können in unserer Garage eingeschlossen werden, Parken in der Straße möglich. S-Bahn und Bus schnell zu erreichen. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe.

Haus am Hainer See für 12 Pers. mit Sauna + Kamin

Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.
