House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

The charming historic villa features intricate timber framing and a red tiled roof. Lush rose bushes bloom in the foreground, complementing the light-colored brick exterior. A balcony with a decorative railing overlooks the garden, framed by vibrant greenery under a clear blue sky.

Historic villa with charm

The charming Gründerzeit villa is located in the center of Markkleeberg in the south of Leipzig. We have lovingly renovated it in a historic setting. By S-Bahn train, you are in the city of Leipzig in 15 minutes. Lake Cospuden is within walking distance (5 minutes by bike). The room is located on the first floor next to our kitchen. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Bikes can be locked in our garage. Parking is possible on the street. The S-Bahn and bus can be reached quickly. There are several supermarkets nearby.

The villa features a striking orange facade, complemented by large windows that allow natural light to flood the interior. A tiered garden filled with greenery is visible, alongside newly planted trees. The surrounding autumn foliage adds color to the serene outdoor setting.

Wonderful room with own balcony

The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

A modern dining and living area is depicted, featuring a vibrant wall painting of a tree. Seating includes two blue sofas with textured cushions, complemented by a wooden dining table surrounded by white chairs. Large windows offer views of the snowy outdoor space.

Seminarhaus Zum Waldblick

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.
