Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, large shower and bathroom. Here you can relax in a quiet and rural setting. There is a large double bed, bunk bed and trundle bed in the apartment. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only 40 minutes away by car. There are also nice swimming spots nearby. In winter, there is a short distance for those who like cross-country skiing at Kleivvann and at Gautefall there is an alpine ski resort. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

Idyllic small farm, mill master home from the 1800s

Experience serene surroundings in this house on the clearing in the woods. In the house it is low under the roof and most people have to bend a bit to walk through the doorways. It is not far to fishing waters with the possibility to rent a boat. Short distances to southern villages, 30 min to both Kragerø, Risør and Tvedestrand. 10 min to Brokelandsheia with the popular Lille Dyrehagen, and "Sørlandets reply to the Swedish border", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Hiking areas in the forest right outside the door, short distance to the swimming area.

Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. Homely little house in Vrådal

Experience charming Lysli, a cozy house perfectly located along highway 38 in beautiful Vrådal. Here you have hiking trails and ski slopes literally right outside the door and a short way to the area's many attractions. 1 km to Vrådal city center with grocery, cafe, gallery and rental of rowboat, kayak and canoe. 3 km to Vrådal Panorama ski center and 5 km to Vrådal golf course. The house is also perfectly located between east and west for you passing through, but we recommend staying a few days to enjoy the area.

"Bekkestua" is a charming cottage with two annexes. The buildings are part of the farmhouse on Røysland Gård, where for many years there has been a riding camp in the summers. This unique and quiet place to stay makes it easy to recharge your batteries. From Bekkestua it is an idyllic walk of 3 minutes down to the lake Skarvann and a great swimming area with sandy beach. The water is rich in fish and boat or canoe can be rented. Outdoor enthusiasts will also appreciate the many hiking opportunities in the area.

New holiday home on Søndeled! Great location in quiet residential area with nice neighbors and views of Søndeled fjord. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet. electricity is not included and will be charged separately The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

To Risør city center it is a nice walk of about 20 min. or bike ride in 7 min. - here you can park your car in your own parking lot and leave it during your stay. The apartment contains living room w dining area and lounge w TV. - A small kitchen, richly equipped. Bedroom with 4 bunks, duvets / pillows / bedsheets and covers. Cozy cabin on the shore of Nisser, the second largest lake in Telemark. Start your day with a refreshing dip in the lake, or just enjoy the view from the breakfast table. If you ar visiting during the winter season, Gautefall, with possibilities of cross-country skiing and downhill slopes, is only a short care ride away. Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 persons (1 + 2) from May to September. Kayaks are not available from October to April.

Modern nordic design with idyllic and undisturbed surroundings in harmony with nature. Panoramic view over the fiord. 20 min. from Sandefjord/1,5 hour from Oslo. The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

Great newer cabin with sea view.

Great newer cottage (finished 2022) at Kallerberget in Risør with stunning views over the sea. The cabin is located in a new and family friendly cabin area approximately 10 minutes car or boat ride away from Risør city centre. There is a car road all the way up to the cabin and parking area 4 cars on the plot. Good hiking areas in nearby, e.g. hiking trail along the coast into Risør city center and hiking trail to Fransåsen.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
