"Bekkestua" er en sjarmerende hytte med to anneks. Byggene er en del av gårdsbebyggelsen på Røysland Gård, hvor det gjennom mange år har blitt drevet rideleir om somrene. På dette unike og rolige overnattingsstedet er det enkelt å lade batteriene. Fra Bekkestua er det en idyllisk gåtur på 3 minutter ned til innsjøen Skarvann og flott badeplass med sandstrand. Vannet er rikt på fisk og båt eller kano kan leies. Friluftsinteresserte vil også sette pris på de mange turmulighetene i nærområdet.

Lys og delikat innredet leilighet. Bygd opp som en hotell suite,med stue, soverom med kjøkkenkrok,stor dusj og bad. Her kan man slappe av i rolige og landlige omgivelser. Det er en stor dobbeltseng, køyeseng og sprinkelseng i leiligheten. Sommerbyene Risør,Kragerø og Tvedestrand er kun 40 minutter unna med bil. Det er også fine badeplasser i nærheten. Vinterstid er det kort vei for de som liker langrenn ved Kleivvann og på Gautefall er det alpinanlegg. Jaktterreng kan leies gjennom Statskog.

Idyllisk småbruk, møllemesterbolig fra 1800-tallet

Opplev rolige omgivelser i dette huset på lysningen i skogen. I huset er det lavt under taket og de fleste må bøye seg litt for å gå igjennom døråpningene. Det er ikke langt til fiskevann med mulighet for leie av båt. Korte avstander til sørlandsbyer, 30 min. til både Kragerø, Risør og Tvedestrand. 10 min. til Brokelandsheia med den populære Lille Dyrehagen, og "Sørlandets svar på svenskegrensa", Eurospar Brokelandsheia. Turområder i skogen rett utenfor døra, kort avstand til badeplass.

Modern nordic design with idyllic and undisturbed surroundings in harmony with nature. Panoramic view over the fiord. 20 min. from Sandefjord/1,5 hour from Oslo. The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

Nytt feriehus på Søndeled! Flott beliggenhet i et rolig boligfelt med hyggelige naboer og utsikt over Søndeled fjorden. Vi har stor uteplass med flere sittegrupper rundt huset og grill tilgjengelig. Uendelig med turområder i vakker sørlands natur rett utenfor døren. Koselig lokalsamfunn med nærbutikker i 10 minutters gange fra huset. Et perfekt feriehus i hjertet av Sørlandet. strøm er ikke inkludert og vil bli belastet separat Bassenget er tilgjengelig fra 1. mai til 1. oktober

Flott hytte med utsikt i fantastiske Telemark

Flott beliggende hytte fra 2011, med stor flat naturtomt og usjenert uteområde. Solrikt terrasse på 60m2. Effektiv planløsning- entre, bad, 3 sov og åpen stue/kjøkken løsning. Nytt kjøkken 2023. Nytt bad og entre Desember 2024. Montert varmepumpe 2025. Lov med dyr etter avtale. Område har et utrolig flott terreng for turgåere, terrengsykkling og løping. Mange fantastisk gode fiskevann å velge mellom. Hytta ligger rett ved statskog hvor det også kan være mulighet for storfugl jakt.

Flott nyere hytte (ferdigstilt 2022) på Kallerberget i Risør med fantastisk utsikt over sjøen. Hytta ligger i et nytt og familievennlig hyttefelt ca. 10 minutters bil- eller båttur unna Risør sentrum. Det er bilvei helt frem til hytta og parkeringsplass for fire biler på tomta. Fine turområder i nærheten, f.eks. tursti langs kysten inn til Risør sentrum og tursti til Fransåsen.

"Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
