The peculiarity of the villa is the large triangular window that extends across the entire front of the property, allowing for an unobstructed view of nature and creating a sense of openness. There is also an outdoor sauna and Jacuzzi to ensure complete relaxation after a busy day.

Particular attention was paid to high-quality architecture: The treehouse is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good atmosphere in the middle of nature. In the feel-good oasis on Trausdorfberg, you can feel comfortable and recharge in the 100-year-old buildings of our farm - on the hills between Graz and Vulkanland!
