Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Hi! With us in the Eggental, you can expect floor a quietly located and lovingly furnished apartment. Take advantage of the proximity to the Obereggen (2.4 km), Carezza-Karersee (10 km) and Bolzano (20 km) ski and hiking areas. You can reach these with the Guest Pass (public transport). The cozy Apartment 16 is located in Karneid/Cornedo all'Isarco, near Bolzano/Bozen and is a great starting point for exploring both the city as well as South Tyrol's beautiful mountains. The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

Talhaus - Rita

The holiday apartment "Talhaus - Rita" in Ponte Nova/Birchabruck has everything you need for a comfortable stay with a mountain view. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. My property is near great views (mountains), Obereggen (Ski+/hikingcenter Latemar 1km) Hiking trails (directly in front of the house) in the UNESCO world cultural heritage Dolomites. You'll love my property because of the fantastic nature. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), skiing, hiker, motor-biker, groups and furry friends (+pet 10,-/night and each pet). Only 20 min. away from Bolzano.
