An atmospheric suite with a free entrance, where the hayloft was once of this 1878 farmhouse. The guesthouse has one bedroom with a double bed, a seat and a beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding greenery. There is a separate room for breakfast and a spacious private bathroom with bath and shower. Guests have access to the entire upper floor, with free entrance. The Efteling and the Loonse & Drunense Duinen are also nearby. If you want to go by bike, we have e-bikes for rent. Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Close to the charming center of Breda, Etten-Leur or Prinsenbeek. The forest, named Liesbos, has been owned by the royal family. They also used this place for the hunt. The cozy villa is equipped with a great garden surrounded by century-old oak trees. The villa is warmly decorated with a classic and modern style.

This cozy, atmospheric, detached cottage is an outbuilding on our property in the outskirts of Kaatsheuvel. The former coach house has been converted into a family-friendly vacation home and can accommodate up to 5 people. Enjoy the beautiful, rural garden with plenty of play opportunities for the children. Go to the Efteling, the Loonse and Drunsense dunes, for example, and enjoy the tranquility and good atmosphere of this cottage and the garden when you return.

Eethen, rural apartment

The apartment is on the second floor above the studio. There is a double bed. In the spacious bedroom, a full extra bed can be added for a third guest upon request. You pay an extra €25.00 per night for that. You will have access to a bedroom and private bathroom. In addition, there is a kitchen with a complete kitchen. You can reach the apartment through a private entrance with stairs.

Jan's renovated cowshed has 3 spacious double rooms. All rooms have a beautiful private bathroom with shower and toilet. The rooms are accessible via a hallway to a cozy, shared living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are available unlimited. At pleasant temperatures, one can make use of a cozily furnished barn, which serves as an extra seating area.
