Surrounded by pastures with grazing cows, our 2018 renovated holiday home is located in the middle of the countryside, which used to be a small farm. The North Sea dike of the southern Jade bus is a 2km away. The idyllically located house is also ideal for a multi-generational vacation, for 2 friendly families or even for a holiday with friends. The large garden with adjoining sunbathing lawn and play equipment is fenced in and therefore suitable for small children and four-legged friends.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. In the renovated annex, we let our family & friends stay when they visit us. On other days, we now also warmly welcome everyone else to our place :-). We live centrally in Hude, yet absolutely quiet! You can walk to everything such as train, shops, doctors, pharmacy, forest, etc. There is a private front door, a small kitchen, a shower room with window, a very nice bedroom and a kind of small "living room" with a sofa bed. Parking space available.

It is spread over 2 floors, downstairs is the living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here they can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
