Authentic sheepfold, family, free, center NL

The old sheepfold has been transformed into a modern guest house for families, located in the scenic landscape of the Gelderse Vallei, at a good distance from the farmhouse. The authentic character has been preserved with wooden beams from 1758 and a partially thatched roof. Overlooking old oaks and a young forest. OLED TV and good WiFi (fiberglass) available as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The sheepfold is insulated, with double glazing and is heated by underfloor heating.

Beautifully located in the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is B&B de Hoge Zoom, side wing of the 1929 mansion. A true pleasure for nature lovers, hikers, cyclists and/or mountain bikers. B&B de Hoge Zoom has a private entrance, living room with Yotul wood stove, fridge, toilet, bathroom and two connected bedrooms upstairs. In the garden, there are high fruit trees that bloom beautifully in April. On the second floor, you have a wide view of the Gelderse Vallei and the outskirts of Barneveld. In the immediate vicinity, clog paths for a walk are cycling junctions for a nice bike ride. And musical 40-45 is close!

The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

The guesthouse, suitable for 3 guests, is located on the 1st floor of our barn, located at the back of our deep, free garden and has its own entrance. It consists of two (bed) rooms, a kitchenette and shower/toilet room. A place to dive in and relax. You have access to WiFi. On the driveway of our house, there is the possibility to park. Located in the city center, both bus and train transportation are within walking distance.

Relax and unwind in this peaceful, stylish space. Villa-Vida was designed and built in 2020. The design takes into account a real forest experience. By entering the luxurious sitting area, sitting on a large leather sofa, you can enjoy the beautiful forest, the different forest colors and a lot of different bird sounds. In the twilight, you regularly spot deer, rabbits and sometimes a fox.

Windmill Maurik Betuwe Gelderland

Our beautiful windmill was built on the remains of a medieval castle in 1873. In 2006 the mill was fully renovated. You will have a comfortable stay in the mill which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Maurik is a charming village, very centrally located between larger cities like Utrecht, Den Bosch, Arnhem and Nijmegen. The area is very suitable for cycling, hiking and swimming.
