Ground floor of a house located in the heart of an authentic Corsican village, close to the most beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Ajaccio and its airport (15 minutes). Our house has a history of family, transmission, it reigns a peacefulness, a flowery and wooded garden surround the house. Recent 2020 villa of 125 m2 composed of 3 bedrooms equipped with TV, air conditioning with individual thermostat, 2 bathrooms with whirlpool and walk-in shower, as well as a lounge area open to a kitchen equipped with a pizza oven. The outdoor area offers a pool area with pool house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (with TV and pizza oven) as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. A pétanque court runs along the house.
