Independent apartment in large villa

We rent our L-shaped house around the pool (13 m by 6 m), composed of four independent single-story rental units. A total of seven bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, six bathrooms, seven toilets. You can eat in the kitchen or on the terrace (barbecue hob, hob, gas plancha), you have a microwave in each bedroom with dishes and a dishwasher in each kitchen. If you need anything else you'll just have to ask, don't charge... ask what you would need. Dishes and other utensils are available for each room and kitchens. for little ones ask for the essentials, baby cot, baby monitor ... Three TVs and DVD player are available with a large DVD library of nearly 2000 films, as well as guides, books and magazines and wifi internet access. The barbecue area is on the terrace at the corner of the pool and the parking lot next door. The dream...

Beautiful pool villa and pool house near sea

Quiet, splendid villa on an area of 4000 m2 with mountain views, all comfort with private pool and magnificent pool house, private courtyard and garden 5 minutes from the resort and beaches of Porticcio and 10 minutes from Ajaccio airport. Many activities are available to you ( beaches, hikes, dives, boat trips, horse riding, discovery of Corsican gastronomy) before returning to enjoy your villa around a dinner around your pool .

Beautiful new villa between sea and mountain

Recent 2020 villa of 125 m2 composed of 3 bedrooms equipped with TV, air conditioning with individual thermostat, 2 bathrooms with whirlpool and walk-in shower, as well as a lounge area open to a kitchen equipped with a pizza oven. The outdoor area offers a pool area with pool house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (with TV and pizza oven) as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. A pétanque court runs along the house.

A landscaped garden area is featured, showcasing vibrant flowers in shades of pink and white. Comfortable outdoor seating is arranged on a stone patio, with a shaded area provided by an umbrella. A staircase leads to the upper level of the house, surrounded by greenery.

This completely refurbished accommodation is located on the ground floor of our house located in Grosseto Prugna, in the beautiful Taravo valley, 30 minutes from the beaches of Porticcio or Ajaccio and 40 minutes from Propriano. So you can enjoy mountain walks as well as the pleasures of the sea. A quiet and relaxing garden, with barbecue and jacuzzi (June-August), will allow you to end your days pleasantly.

A charming outdoor area features a stone barbecue and a shaded seating space with a rustic table and benches. Lush greenery surrounds the space, complemented by stone pathways and a serene view of the landscape beyond, creating a peaceful environment.
