The Fox is set within our small holding. 1 of our 2 transformed mobile homes. 2 min drive to the local pub/shop. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

Relax in this detached former cart lodge surrounded by beautiful countryside and located in the owners’ grounds in a great rural location. The Cart Lodge can accommodate up to 5 people, with the Master Bedroom having a King size bed and the second bedroom having a Queen size bed and single bed. We take the utmost care in cleaning the property including disinfecting frequently touched surfaces between reservations so that it is safe for our guests upon arrival.

A modern living area features a combination of a teal sofa and a light-colored couch, complemented by a patterned rug. A dining table and chairs are arranged near a large window, while a wall-mounted TV and bookcase add to the functionality of the space.
