The flat is approximately 12 min drive from Eastbourne town & seafront. Our flat is within walking distance of the South Downs National Park & Butts Brow. A cosy and peaceful garden flat just off Kemptown beach. The new kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook. Modern bathroom with bath and a rainfall shower. The lounge has a dining table, huge corner sofa bed, music system, super-fast fibre broadband. Bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed and opens out on to a secluded outdoor space. The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

Gunbanks Forge TN225HS is situated in the heart of the Sussex countryside in the grounds of Gunbanks Farm. It is a peaceful retreat to escape the stress of daily living. Tucked away down a private drive with easy parking. Spring feels like its just around the corner. The sun is shining and the daffodils are brightening the garden. All the trees and shrubs are beginning to bud and the garden feels like it will explode into colour very soon. The birds are singing and deer gather in the fields.

Light and airy, luxury, very quiet, ideal location - 2 Miles from Brighton Town Centre, free off street parking. 10 Minute walk to Preston Park and the Station, frequent busses into town from bottom of road. New Bounce Back Pillows and SleepSoul King Size Mattress! (Which Best Buy). Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker. Breakfast is not included. If its a peaceful nights sleep and a breath of fresh air, this is the place for you.
