Escape to Smith Point! Spend the day at the nearby beach or lounge around the in-ground pool & hot tub. Central A/C will keep you cool & comfortable on humid summer days while the warm glow from the fireplace & fire pit chase away chills on cold nights.
“We had a wonderful stay! Carlo’s home is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. We loved the pool, hot tub and back yard! His kitchen is especially nice with everything you need to cook. He has an iPad with the house manual on it in the dining area, which was a nice touch. Would love to come for a stay in the future!”
My home is a charming little cape in a quiet neighborhood. Just a walk to the beach and one and a half miles to the ocean. Enjoy the entire home all by yourself and your guest for the price of privacy. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have not only participated in Airbnb's Enhanced Cleaning Protocols but I have enlisted the services of a cleaning company that specializes in complete disinfection of residential and commercial spaces. So you can relax with peace of mind.
“Carmen’s place was the perfect spot for our pandemic honeymoon! Her house was spacious and spotlessly clean, her yard immaculately landscaped, private and quiet. We had a great time grilling and eating on the deck while our dogs played in the yard. Right now the closest beach at Smith point is checking IDs to make sure you live in the area, so you can’t bring a car to park at the beach if you’re not a Suffolk county resident, but the park rangers told us you can still park at the marina then walk across the bridge to go to the beach. We chose to go to the smaller Shirley beach and the Mud Creek Dog Park instead, both of which were perfect for our purposes. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much for having us!!”

“This place is truly a gem and a little oasis where you can relax and recharge. My husband, 4 year old son and brother needed respite from our small apartments in NYC. We just finished our stay here and we were all pleasantly surprised when we first arrived because everything was even better than the pictures. The interior was comfortable and there were touches here and there that showed a great deal of forethought. The living room had a comfortable deep couch, a few armchairs and a really comfortable recliner. The kitchen was clean, well stocked with spices, condiments and even supplied with ingredients to make your own mojitos. There was a loft area that was very cool but I’d caution parents with little children to keep an eye that their kids didn’t climb up without their knowledge because it could be dangerous. Thankfully our 4 year old lost interest after checking it out just one time. The bedrooms and bathrooms (shampoo/conditioner available if you forget your own) were all well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Our favorite part was the outside area. There were two patios. One patio off the kitchen had a nice table and comfortable seating area where we had most our dinners and where we barbecued. There were string lights, tiki torches and candles throughout. The other patio off the bedrooms had the hot tub which we used almost everyday. We used the fire pit for s’mores (wood and kindle were provided) and we loved the beautifully manicured lawn where we flew kites and ran through a small sprinkler we brought ourselves. Our 4 year old had a blast. Brian, the owner and host, was outstanding. He lived below but he was never intrusive and he was super helpful. He put air in our flat tire not once but three times! The last time he did it without us even asking but just because he noticed it was flat again on his way out. A really great guy. I put pics up on social media and so many people asked me about this place because they thought it looked wonderful. It’s also not far from supermarkets, restaurants (for takeout) or the beach. We went to Wildwood State Park and there were hardly any people which was great. I 100% recommend this place and would definitely come back!”
