“We loved this place. Spent 2 wonderful days reveling in and around Anton and Linley’s charming home, a place so full of character, with lovely art and books to enjoy. The setting is glorious, with incredible flowers and remarkable view of the water. There is a wonderful deck overlooking the water, which to observe the nesting ospreys and ever changing sky. We took advantage of the kayaks that are available on the property, followed up by a terrific outdoor shower. Our upstairs room with a shared bath was very sweet and simple and had a large window, again, overlooking the water. Everything very clean and well cared for. It was wonderful to be in this little nature oasis and yet so close to the center of the town of Sag Harbor which you can easily walk to enjoying the beautiful houses and gardens along the way. Don’t miss Canino’s Books, the independent bookstore a few doors down on the way to town. Anton and Linley are warm and inviting hosts, with lots of knowledge about the area. They have created a very special, welcoming place to relax and enjoy. Splendid all around!!”

“Thank you for the great hospitality and for providing us with all of the amenities to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Sag Harbor! I highly recommend staying at Anton's house if you are looking for a getaway on the Hamptons. The house is charming and filled with lots of thoughtful touches and everything you need. Linley's garden is a magical wonderland and a true escape from city life. The private access to water and the ability to use the hosts' kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes were a huge bonus and a delight for us. Thanks again and we will be looking forward to staying at your place again in the future.”
the house is walking distance from the village and bus. the room is large, air-conditioned,a queen bed and a pullout bed. It has a private,ensuite bath, spectacular views from the house. “Anton and Linley have an amazing space and make you feel as though you live there yourself. They were extremely accommodating with everything and were as gracious as any host could be. They were more than happy to let us stay on the property after our checkout time and still seemed sad that we were leaving even though it was hours past checkout! Their location cannot be recommended enough, between being right on the shore of the harbor with an osprey nest right in view (and Antons telescope available for use!) to being a mere 15 minute walk to downtown sag harbor or a 20 minute drive to several winery’s, this is a phenomenal spot to stay if you are looking to visit the Hamptons. Definitely try to view a sunset from their complimentary paddle boards out on the harbor as well!”
