Guests will have access to the entire main level of the house and a whole private entrance with no disturbance, and total access to the backyard/garden pool area. With a lovely entry, a living room - The owners live on the lower level separate apartment and entrance. Keurig, microwave, and a small refrigerator are available. Access to kitchen is not available. This rental has a private fenced-in garden, ideal for outdoor activities, including a barbecue grill and a private pool. There is parking for one or two cars. Please let owners know how many vehicles will stay in the parking lot. With just 7 minutes from Main Beach. Three beautiful bedrooms the master bedroom has a beautiful pool view. The other two rooms are sharing the second bathroom. Full and private access with no disturbance to the pool. Beach towels , 4 Beach chairs and a beach cooler are also provided for your convenience. We welcome you to our family home, up to 5 guests, pets are welcome with additional pet fee. Nice new pool and surrounding deck with outdoor sitting area, chairs, umbrella, and charcoal grill. 1 gbps internet for movies streaming on disney plus, prime video, or for your work. 5-8 minutes to town and the beaches. Plenty of nice restaurants and great local shopping. We don't allow other guests on property that is not mentioned in advance. No gatherings and no parties. Thank You.

Washer/dryer available. CLOSE TO BEACH AND EH VILLAGE. The pool is open May 5 through October 5. The hot tub remains open year round.
